Every every tool, every part, and every square foot of our facility has been quantified and measured to run the most efficient Collision Repair Centre possible.

ESTIMATING

With our two dedicated estimating stalls, just pull right up to get started. Your vehicle will promptly receive a quality estimate in a bright dedicated space, while you relax in our customer lounge with coffee bar.

TRIAGE

Once your vehicle has been estimated, this is where we will disassemble the damaged areas of your vehicle, and determine exactly what needs to be repaired. We turn estimates into actuals.

COLLISION REPAIR

Our 15,000 square foot collision repair floor, with 20 full frame-pulling stalls, ensures that we never are out of space to work on your vehicle. Our mobile workstations allow our facility to adapt to changing demands to keep running at maximum efficiency.

PLACE

PARTS

Our dedicated parts area is designed for maximum efficiency and organization. We have integrated the Leantec inventory management platform to keep every item in check. We mirror match all parts before the vehicle arrives to ensure all parts are correct.

QUALITY CHECKPOINT

To do our best work for the customer, we have ensured to add quality checkpoints along the path of your vehicle repair. This ensures that every detail has the best quality workmanship.

PAINT PREP

Our facility includes a 4 vehicle custom built Junair full down draft prep station, fully capable of painting and baking. This configuration allows for us to address very specific applications, such as oversize vehicles.

PAINT

We are equipped with two Junair Americas 5 Series spray booths, which includes advanced technologies, including Tiered Baking. The increased throughput from dual booths is the backbone of our efficiency strategy.

REASSEMBLY

After refinishing, the vehicles are brought into the Reassembly area. There, all the parts and  components are reinstalled on the vehicle, for final check and customer delivery.

DETAIL

The last stage of the process is the 3 bay detail wash area. Here, a final check of workmanship is performed, and the vehicles are cleaned and delivered back to their owners.

Every day, the production staff will review the status of every vehicle, and update the customers. We want to keep everyone informed of all duties, and ensure peace of mind for everyone involved.
